Cait Lewis is the founder of FIND, a healing practice and advisory working at the intersection of energy intelligence and executive performance. Based in Chicago, she works privately with high performers, C-suite leaders, and impact-driven individuals who have built extraordinary lives — and are quietly ready for what comes next.
Her journey began in 2011, with an awakening that cracked something open in her — a craving for knowledge, for understanding, for something beneath the surface of things. The more she learned, the more clarity she found. And the more clarity she found, the more questions arrived to meet her. That cycle didn't unsettle her. It became home. Somewhere inside that pursuit, the knowledge met a passion that had lived in her all along — to shine light back to people, to reflect peace, to reflect love. She didn't find that purpose so much as remember it. And she has been walking it ever since.
Her first clients were leaders in the Silicon Valley tech space. What she witnessed there confirmed everything she had come to believe: a leader who works from clarity builds a different kind of company than one who doesn't — and everyone inside it feels the difference.
Her work has been described as the missing variable — the thing that strategy, therapy, and optimization alone could not provide. She helps high-functioning people find the vocabulary for what they are already experiencing, and a space to clear what has been quietly running in the background of their most important decisions - along with the answers they are seeking, or didn't conciously realize they had been seeking, that already live within them.

That 2011 awakening was the first. By 2020, it had found its language — Cait began experiencing the natural flow of Reiki and energy work. By 2022 she was deepening the practice. By 2024 she had honed her gift through respected practitioners across shamanic work, holy fire Reiki, and trance mediumship — guidance that operates beyond what most people have language for yet.
She is not apologetic about that. She has simply learned that the most effective leaders are the ones willing to explore what they cannot yet explain.
Before FIND, Cait spent years navigating the corporate world — high performing, highly capable, and quietly aware that something in the way most organizations operate was costing people far more than they knew. She could see the energy leaks. The places where more peace, more wholeness, more of a culture of safety and creation were possible — if someone at the top were willing to do the work first. She left that world not because she failed at it, but because she understood something about how change actually moves: it trickles down. Support the person leading, and you support everyone standing in the reach of that leadership. That is what called her toward her soul's purpose — not to make herself bigger, but to create the widest possible ripple, one whole leader at a time.
She launched FIND officially in late 2025 after relocating to Chicago — a city that matched her frequency. The brand had lived in her for years, beginning as a vision to empower anyone who encountered it, evolving into something more precise: touching the people who make a difference in the lives of many.
Her most formative influences in the energy and mindset space — Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle, Napoleon Hill, Esther Hicks — shaped a philosophy grounded in the understanding that the internal world is always the first world. Change what runs beneath the surface, and the surface changes.
She is also an artist. A dancer. A creator who has understood since childhood that music is a frequency we all tune into whether we know it or not. That understanding lives in every session she holds — where sound, intention, Reiki, and breath work together to reorganize what logic alone cannot reach.
Cait holds her client relationships with the same discretion and depth she brings to the work itself. What happens in a session stays in a session. What changes — changes everything.
